During a visit to the Islands Patricia Alchin saw more than 114 different species (not including the Hebridean Song Thrush and Wren).

In the summer a visit to the nearby pools and hills result in many sightings of Little Terns, Crossbills, Flycatchers and Great Northern Divers in full summer plumage. |
